**Responsibilities**:

- Wash and sanitize all dishes, utensils, pots, and pans promptly and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing area, including garbage and recycling stations
- Ensure proper handling and storage of all clean items
- Monitor and replenish dishwashing supplies as needed
- Assist with organizing and maintaining cleanliness in food storage areas, including fridge, downstairs storage, and dry storage
- Follow FIFO methods to help prevent waste
- Support kitchen staff by maintaining a clean work environment and assisting with other tasks as needed
- Check garbage and recycling areas regularly to ensure they are clean and clutter-free
- Communicate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a kitchen environment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Positive attitude and strong team player
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities
