**Job Summary**:
Join our dynamic team as a **Kitchen Helper/Dishwasher** We are seeking a dedicated individual who is passionate about ensuring the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen operations. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys contributing to a positive dining experience for our customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and pans using industrial dishwasher or by hand as needed.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment and utensils are cleaned, sanitized, and stored appropriately.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, portioning ingredients, and assembling dishes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas, including sweeping and mopping floors, wiping countertops, and disposing of trash.
- Support kitchen staff with various tasks as needed, including receiving deliveries, stocking supplies, and rotating inventory.
- Follow proper food safety and hygiene procedures at all times to uphold health and safety standards.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including dress code and attendance requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Perform other duties as assigned by kitchen management.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a kitchen environment preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and sanitation.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
- Food handler's certificate or willingness to obtain one upon hire.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.55-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
