**Salary**:$17.20 per hour

**Hours**: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Flexible shifts required)

**Company Overview**

Precise Park Link has been a leader in Canada’s parking industry for over 30 years. Our expertise has evolved into urban mobility intelligence, supporting innovative solutions across public transit, parking, and electric vehicle charging infrastructure.

**Position Summary**

Reporting to the Team Lead/Supervisor, the Customer Care Associate plays a key role in supporting parking operations and ensuring a positive customer experience. This includes assisting customers at parking facilities, resolving inquiries, and maintaining operational standards.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide on-site customer assistance and guidance
- Address complaints with empathy and professionalism
- Monitor security systems and report suspicious activity
- Troubleshoot parking equipment issues
- Maintain accurate cash and parking records
- Enroll/cancel I-PASS for payroll staff and coordinate with payroll
- Redirect customers to appropriate departments when necessary
- Follow company policies, procedures, and communication standards
- Respond promptly to equipment damage reports and initiate service requests
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or higher education
- Basic computer proficiency (Windows, MS Office)
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
- Previous customer service experience is an asset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Professional demeanor with a positive and inclusive attitude
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to multitask and remain composed in fast-paced environments
- Flexible and adaptable to different shifts and work locations
