Burlington, Canada Artemis Assessment & Treatment Centre Full time

Artemis Assessment & Treatment Centre is looking to hire part-time Psychologists to provide virtual and/or in-person oversight of psychological assessments (cognitive/intellectual, behavioural, socio-emotional), diagnosis, and subsequent reports for clients. Two (2) positions are currently available. Involvement with individuals/parents/guardians to occur as dictated by the needs of each client.

Consultation is readily available if needed.

Ph.D. in Applied Psychology (School, Clinical, Counselling) with a focus on adolescents and children.

Registration with the College of Psychologists of Ontario, or eligible for registration.

Possess individual liability and malpractice insurance per college requirements.

2-5 years of experience administering assessments with children, adolescents, and adults preferred.

Excellent organizational, computer, detailed-oriented administrative, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Experience with all aspects of assessment for children, adolescents, and adults.

Sound clinical and professional judgment consistent with accepted models of practice.

Excellent interpersonal skills with customer service orientation; skilled in providing empathy, support, and critical analysis in complex clinical and sensitive situations.

Maintains current knowledge of existing and emerging requirements of discipline-specific standards of practice.
