**Job Overview**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Quality Control Lab Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards through rigorous testing and inspection processes. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our quality management systems and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.
**Responsibilities**
- Conduct quality inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Analyze test results and document findings accurately for reporting purposes.
- Fabricate test samples as needed for various quality assurance evaluations.
- Collect data systematically to support quality control processes and identify trends or areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
**Experience**
- Previous experience in a QA/QC role or similar position is preferred, with a strong understanding of quality assurance principles.
- Proficiency in data collection techniques and analysis related to quality control processes.
- Knowledge of quality inspection techniques and standards applicable to our industry is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities are essential for success in this role.
