**Your Impact at PLATFORM**
- Provided overall administrative support to the Real Estate Industry Group
- Execute certificates of insurance as requested by clients within the agreed upon service commitments
- Coordinate the set up of client information in CS24, EPIC, and any other system as required
- Update / maintain Statement of Values as required with renewal information or mid-term changes
- Perform mid-term changes as requested/required by the client with direction from Account Management team
- Use Insurer portals to obtain documents
- Request policy changes to insurance companies with direction from Account Management team
- Ensure all activities, documents and correspondence are correct and inputted into EPIC
- Review and invoice all endorsements consistent with PLATFORMS rules and procedures
- Provide support to team by checking policy documents for accuracy and completeness
- Execute the issuance of renewal certificates, liability cards, invoices, premium finance contracts, and all other relevant/required documentation within 5 days of renewal order.
- Request loss runs from Insurers as required
- Check EPIC unrouted attachments

**Education, Experience & Qualifications**
- RIBO Level 1 License or working towards
- Knowledge of Applied Systems EPIC Broker Management System is preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Team orientation with strong interpersonal skills
- Possess excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft suite of products (Word, Excel, etc.)
