This is a live-out position and does not offer accommodation.

**Location: Richmond**

**Schedule: Monday to Friday**

**Your Job Scope**:

- Keep the Strata building common areas clean and tidy.
- Clean common areas in the building, such as; lobbies, hallways, elevators, gym, pool areas, saunas, amenity rooms, lounges, etc., as well as sweeping, mopping, dusting and vacuuming, painting, and minor repairs.
- Program and update fobs (remote access key).
- Provide access to contractors/ vendors as required and directed by Property/Strata/Building Manager
- Monitor building conditions and security (review security cameras as requested by property management).

**You Have**:

- Strong customer service skills, able to multi-task and problem solve.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must be able to pass a Criminal Record Check.
- Must have good computer skills, e.g. Microsoft Office.
- Previous experience in residential or Strata buildings is an asset.
- Organized self-starter with excellent work ethic and good work habits.
- Able to lift 30 to 50 lbs., bent and reach to high/ low places as needed.
- Able to travel around Vancouver and surrounding areas

**Schedule: TBD (Varies depending of the need of the company)**

This “Jack of all trades” role looks after all areas of general maintenance of the buildings, including but not limited to:

- Painting, wall patching and minor repairs.
- Contacting and overseeing trades people for work performed on site.
- Perform administrative duties including maintaining logs and schedule of work
- Regular pool and hot tub maintenance.

**Experience**:

- Strata: 2 years (preferred)
- Facilities Maintenance: 2 years (preferred)
- Pool Testing: 1 year (preferred)
- Professional English Communication: 2 years (preferred)
