**Job Summary**

The Business Development Executive, under the direction of the Sales Manager, will primarily be responsible to always maintain professionalism, tact, diplomacy, and sensitivity to portray the company in a positive manner. This role will also generate customer sales through cold calling and networking. The Sales Representative must possess three years of related sales experience and/or diploma in a business
- or sales-related field.

**Competencies**
- Qualifying Leads: Engage with prospects to understand their needs, qualify them based on company criteria, and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions in Salesforce and follow up with leads to nurture relationships.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging, improve outreach strategies, and optimize lead conversion.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
- Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed KPIs related to outreach volume, lead qualification, and sales meetings booked.

**Minimum Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or 3+ Years B2C Sales experience
- Ability to handle objections and build relationships with potential customers
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- A deep interest in performance-based compensation.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Experience with managing elements of the full sales cycle
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow within a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Experience with Software Sales, Workflow Automation is an asset
- You’re well organized, and thrive in a fast-paced industry
- You have reliable transportation. Hybrid work. Primarily on site during first 1-3 months.

**Shift Timing**

Work hours are from 09:30 AM to 5:30PM (EST Canada)

Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
