Marketing and Events Manager

Responsibilities:

- Plan, organize, and execute successful events from start to finish
- Conduct thorough research to identify target audience and market trends
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote events
- Create and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective planning and execution
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual setup, etc.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite and HTML5 to design event materials and digital assets
- Coordinate event registration, ticketing, and attendee management
- Oversee product management for event-related merchandise or promotional items
- Monitor and analyze event metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in event planning, marketing, and technology

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
- Proven experience in event management or related role
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and techniques
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite for designing event materials
- Familiarity with HTML5 for creating engaging digital assets
- Excellent budgeting skills with the ability to manage expenses effectively
- Knowledge of market trends and ability to adapt strategies accordingly
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Salary**: $40,665.97-$79,516.32 per year
