Reporting to our Senior Brand & Growth Manager, NewAge Products is looking for an **Retention** **Marketing Specialist** to join our Marketing team.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop campaigns and flows to support strategic initiatives across the entire customer lifecycle - creating content aimed at _Prospecting_, _Lead nurture_, _Cross-Sell/Upsell_, _Review Collection_, _Customer Feedback_ and more
- Leveraging CRM data, deliver content personalization through segmentation to maximize engagement and LTV
- Always be testing. Devise and execute A/B tests, manage testing calendar, record results, and advise on improvements.

- Provide regular campaign performance reports to Marketing Leadership - outlining key success areas, next steps, and mitigation strategies
- Constantly look for new ways to improve overall programs through the adoption of technology or changes in internal processes

**Requirements**:

- Advanced experience with Klaviyo, Marketo, HubSpot, Omnisend, and/or Mailchimp required
- Experience with SMS marketing and/or CRM platforms (such as Salesforce) required
- A University degree, or relevant job-related experience. We welcome highly experienced, self-taught, and self-motivated learners who express a strong passion for digital marketing
- Highly effective communication and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong project management skills
- Strong leadership, organizational and teamwork skills
- Proven ability to analyze data and provide recommendations
- Google Analytics certified
- Knowledge of HTML, WordPress & CSS
- Awesome G Suite skills
- Occasional local travel / valid driver’s licence required
