The Bilingual Advanced Inside Sales Representative (AISR) will be responsible for achieving direct selling objectives by leveraging product and industry knowledge (e.g., Internal Audit, TeamMate Solutions) to sell software solutions and professional services through cold calling and other direct lead generation activities. The (AISR) works in partnership with Sales Management, National Account Managers, and Marketing to achieve/exceed total sales objectives.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieve direct selling objectives by leveraging product and industry knowledge to sell software solutions and professional services through cold calling and other direct lead generation activities
- Conduct inbound/outbound sales call to generate revenue and/or profit margin in mid-sized accounts
- Work with existing client accounts to generate add-on sales, increase product penetration and provide account management
- Work in partnership with sales management, account managers and marketing to achieve/exceed total sales objectives
- Appropriately log, document, and update all sales activities within Salesforce, and other required systems, in a compliant, detailed and timely manner
- Participate in day-to-day organizational and team activities, and/or special projects, which will help drive efficiency, in order to improve revenue and profitability for TeamMate
- Effectively represent Wolters Kluwer within the industry and at trade shows/conferences, as required, by developing and maintaining comprehensive knowledge of Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting products, industry trends, and general business and financial acumen through various sources and initiatives
- Effectively collaborate with team members and management to improve processes and drive revenue/customer growth for the Canadian Sales Region
- Appropriately address and escalate any/all discovered circumstances of potential risk, to management or to the customer, and/or customer dissatisfaction with a sense of urgency
QUALIFICATIONS
**Education**:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance; Or if no degree, equivalent years of relevant work experience
Minimum Experience:
- 2 or more years of B2B, inside/telephonic or virtual sales with software/SaaS product solutions
- Experience in a quota carrying sales role and meeting/exceeding sales targets and goals
- Fluent bilingual French/English language skills (Native or full professional speaking, reading and writing ability)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams)
