**Position Summary**

We are looking for an experienced and driven Construction Project Manager / Project Development Lead to take ownership of all phases of construction projects—from initial planning and design through to final delivery. This dual-role position also includes leading the development of new opportunities with both existing and prospective clients, including proposal preparation and tender coordination.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls
- Lead and coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
- Communicate regularly with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
- Conduct site visits and monitor work progress and quality standards
- Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues as they arise
- Prepare regular progress reports and documentation
- Review and approve invoices, change orders, and submittals
- Work closely with estimating teams during bid preparation
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and prospective clients

**Qualifications**
- 5+ years of project management experience in the construction industry
- Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and contracts
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects or large-scale construction builds
- Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Excel)
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license

Pay: $90,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
