**Duties and Responsibilities**: Under the supervision of the Owner/Operator, the duties and responsibilities of the Front of House Manager include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Leads and oversees the overall growth and efficiency of all Front of House operations to meet the strategic business objectives and vision; **Excellent interpersonal skills including with both guests and team members.**
- Cultivates a culture of growth-minded team members and leaders;
- Fosters a culture of growth, product knowledge, stewardship, excitement and generosity among team members and leaders;
- Collaborates with the leadership team to drive sales, brand growth, ensure compliance with all health and safety standards and to enhance and develop new community initiatives;
- Acts as an accountability coach for all area coordinators and oversees their development and departmental goals;
- Develops leaders who are motivated, high-performing and embody the vision of the business;
- Oversees all assistant managers and shift leaders area of ownership and their completion of goals;
- Creates and implements innovative systems for operational excellence in the restaurant;
- Ensures the adherence of top-tier food safety; **Shows great attention to detail in all restaurant operations, documentation etc.**
- Handles the disciplinary process according to company policy, prioritizes constructive in-person conversations to help encourage growth, escalates disciplinary matters as necessary.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent;
- Valid Food Handler Certification or a willingness to obtain certification is required;
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, project management and/or CRM software
- Demonstrated leadership, team building and supervisory skills;
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple competing priorities and tasks to work effectively under pressure;
- Attention to detail with high levels of accuracy.
- Work normal business hours but may be required to do some work in the evenings or outside normal working hours;
- Able to work on a computer for long periods of time;
- Required to work in a busy, open restaurant area and office which may result in constant interruptions;
- Required to spend long hours concentrating which will require attention to detail and high levels of accuracy; and
- Required to meet a number of deadlines which may cause stress.
