- Experience in an **executive assistant, reception, clinic admin, or customer-service oriented** role.
- Knowledge of **Jane App** and/or familiarity with **Naturopathic medicine.**:

As our Medical Receptionist / Patient Care Coordinator, you are the **first and last person** most patients speak with—making you responsible for two of the most important touchpoints in their entire experience: the **first impression** and the **final impression**. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in delivering a warm, confident, professional welcome and a smooth, supportive checkout every single time.

- Very comfortable with computers (Word/Excel) and learning new systems

- Comfortable typing at least **30+ WPM** with high accuracy (names, dates, numbers)

**What You’ll Do**

Some of your responsibilities include:

- Answering calls, greeting patients, and scheduling appointments
- Providing a consistently warm, professional patient experience from check-in to check-out
- Using electronic medical records / clinic software (Jane App experience is an asset)
- Taking payments, preparing end-of-day reports, and supporting bookkeeping tasks
- Placing orders and helping manage inventory
- Supporting website updates, marketing initiatives, and patient communications
- Light housekeeping duties to keep the clinic clean and welcoming

**Availability Requirements (Please Read Carefully)**

This role will include some regular closing shifts. **Our clinic’s closing times currently are**:

- **Monday & Thursday**:7:00 pm**:

- **Tuesday & Wednesday**:6:00 pm**:

- **Friday**:5:00 pm**

**Being able to work Saturday (9:00 am - 3:00 pm) is an asset.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $26.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 - 40 per week
