A career as a Project Manager, Research and Development (R&D) in Artificial Intelligence (AI) within the AI Factory team at National Bank means acting as an R&D project management specialist. You will have a positive impact on the experience of our customers and employees through your innovation management skills, your experience with the academic ecosystem, and your knowledge of the rapidly growing field of artificial intelligence.

**Your job**:

- Manage academic partnerships and industrial research consortium
- Achieve new product development goals in AI
- Carry out research and development projects
- Document research funding requests for various available programs
- Govern R&D at National Bank transversally
- Define the R&D strategy in artificial intelligence and related fields
- Prioritize R&D roadmaps and develop technology transfer mechanisms for product industrialization
- Build strong relationships with internal and external partners involved in our technological transformation
- Develop education and literacy programs at all levels of the organization in artificial intelligence and automation
- Promote National Bank within the artificial intelligence community

**Your team**:
Within the technology sector, you are part of a team of AI industrialization experts and report to the Senior Director of AI Factory. Our team stands out for its expertise in artificial intelligence, its complicity, and the quality of our technological deliveries.

**Prerequisites**:

- Master's degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, or a related field
- Experience in managing large-scale academic partnerships
- Experience in negotiating contracts with academic and industrial partners
- Knowledge of industrial research funding programs
- Understanding of banking and artificial intelligence ecosystems
- Demonstrated excellent relationship-building skills in an innovation and business transformation context
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in both English and French
