**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Sales Results**:
**You will support the success**of your store, by**:

- meeting daily, weekly, monthly sales results and supporting in the creation of plans to achieve targets.
- being part of a culture that reinforces sales performance, superior service and teamwork
- developing some business acumen to understand and support store success
- protecting our assets including internal & external theft, inventory accuracy

- supporting the successful integration and onboarding of new talent to your store.

**Customer Experience**:
**You are responsible for the customer experience in your store, by**:

- _Connect: _genuinely connecting with customers to welcome them to the brand
- _Consult: _asking questions to determine the customers needs and preferences
- _Choice: _presenting products, demonstrating their unique formats, textures and fragrances, and sharing information that meets the needs of the customer
- _Close: _introducing any special promotions and closing the sale when the customer is ready

- supporting and executing visual merchandising guidelines throughout your store.

**Operations**:
**You support a smooth-running store by**:

- ensuring you meet service, brand and product standards every day
- ensuring you follow standard operational policies and procedures including health & safety, store maintenance, cleaning & replenishment, inventory management and cash systems as required.
- identifying and notifying your manager of any operational gaps that need addressed.

**What you'll bring to the team**:

- Demonstrated understanding of service excellence in a consumer environment.
- Success in hitting sales targets.
- Ability to learn new skills and product knowledge.
- Open to receiving feedback for improvement in order to develop and grow
- Excellent communication skills.
- Bonus: you have worked in beauty retail.
