**In your role, you will**:

- You will support the Head of Aircraft Design & the Chief Aircraft Integrator
- Lead cross functional engineering investigations resulting from Continued Airworthiness, In-Service, or Final Assembly Line issues
- Develop plan and harmonizing action plans for product improvements and capitalized projects
- Identify platform issues & risks and propose action plans to mitigate
- Evaluate all Product Change Requests for impacts at the Aircraft Integration level and provide appropriate impact statements into the program change progress
- Develop Aircraft Integration test procedures, conduct appropriate rig testing and produce formally reports in support of the project Statement of Compliance, as required,
- Liaise with the Engineering IPDT WPs in the execution of their daily tasks to ensure Aircraft Level design objectives and schedule is being maintained.
- Support the Engineering IPDT WPs in the resolution of any cross WP integration issues
- Liaise with the Program Management Organization to harmonize on-going projects to ensure a seamless execution per agreed program milestone commitments
- Prepare, provide, and present progress reports together with supporting action plans to the applicable Platform Integrated Product Development Team reviews
- Represent the Chief Aircraft Integrator as a formal delegate as required at the program Change Board
- Support Marketing and Customer Support requests/proposals
- You hold a University Bachelor Degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Electrical Engineering, and have at least 10 years experience in aerospace related field.
- You possess a good understanding of all facets of systems/structures definition, integration, safety and certification processes
- You have excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- You have a good knowledge of Part 25 certification process
- You have good oral presentation and technical writing skills in English is required (French is an asset).
- You possess the following soft skills:

- You have the ability to work with limited supervision, be organized, a team player, a self-motivated person, Customer focused, and able to work under pressure.
- You must also show initiative, innovation, leadership, a strong sense of responsibility and integrity, adaptability, have good interpersonal communication skills, have a good engineering judgement, and drive for results.
