**What are your contributions to the team?**:

- Lead and support a team of Customer Account Engineering representatives (CAE’s) and Delivery Coordinators (DC’s) in their day-to-day activities in preparation and over the course of the Delivery of both Challenger 650 and 3500 Aircraft.
- Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Logistics, Engineering, Programs and Sales to validate and ensure Aircraft readiness for delivery to the end Customer.
- Work with DC’s and CAE’s to creatively solve problems, brainstorm out of the box solutions while keeping the customer needs in the forefront yet ensuring business targets are met.
- Oversee performance of CAE’s and DC’s deliverables including KPI management and special projects execution.
- Work on initiatives to improve the areas where opportunities are identified.
- Optimize the use of available resources to ensure project execution, quality of deliverables and customer satisfaction.
- Work with Customer Account Managers Representative (CAM’s) to establish and prioritize knowledge management and development of technical material to support Aircraft Spec’ing, project management/delivery and Sales Support.
- Interface with CAM’s on upcoming deliveries and identify internal key risks that could impede customer deliveries.
- Oversee all offsite Customer delivery activities.

**How to thrive in this role?**:

- You have 10-15 years of experience in Aviation and 3-5 years in management.
- You hold a university degree in Engineering, Business, or other related field or equivalent work experience.
- You are a strong team player and can easily network to get support across the organization from various functions.
- You have good organizational skills, including but not limited to prioritizing, scheduling, time management.
- You have good decision-making skills; you can assess all the facts, understand company and customer needs, and choose the best course of action.
- You have good leadership skills, inspire confidence, are charismatic and comfortable with external customer interaction.
- You have exceptional communication skills; can communicate at all levels of the organization from shop floor to board room level.
- You have a strong customer-oriented mindset and use it to influence the business.
- You have prior experience working with Customers and other departments inside a large corporation.
- You are fluent in both French & English (written and spoken).
