We are a non-profit agricultural marketing board established under the _Marketing of Agricultural Products Act_ (Alberta). We undertake a wide variety of activities that represent the interests of Alberta’s dairy producers, such as marketing, nutrition, and education, transportation, and policy. **ABOUT THE ROLE**

As an integral part of our team, your key responsibilities are:
2. **IT Administration** to assist the Manger of IT with all network administration, evaluation of systems, testing, documentation, determining technical requirements, and supporting overall day-to-day operations.

**WHAT WE NEED**
- A degree in a technical discipline such as Information Sciences, Computer Sciences, or relevant and equivalent experience
- At least 3 (three) years of relevant work experience in help desk, server administration, Microsoft 365 administration, technical user training and technical documentation
- Solid knowledge and experience in Microsoft 365 products and administration
- Knowledge of IT principles, concepts, and methods; systems testing and evaluation principles, methods, and tools; IT security principles and methods; COTS products; Internet technologies; and/or emerging information technologies
- Knowledge of scripting; PowerShell and SQL experience preferred
- Professional certification (e.g., CCNS, CISSP, MCSE) are assets
- Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Good communication ability, both written and verbal
- Able to solve complex problems
- Personable and professional demeanor
- Self-direction: Independently own and meet your deliverables, and equally comfortable working across domains as part of a small, collaborative, remote team.
- A solid understanding of SharePoint Online, SharePoint workflows, and Microsoft Teams
- Experience with remote management tools and techniques
- Customer service: Exceptional levels of empathy and patience, outstanding communication skills and can work closely with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to suggest process improvements

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$72,000.00 per year
