As NOVA Networks continues to grow based on specific vertical segments, we are seeking an experienced **Chief Technology Officer to join our Digital Health team**. If you have a passion for helping others, want to contribute or grow within the expanding world of digital health, this opportunity is right for you.
To be successful in this role, you will already have outstanding understanding of today’s technology landscape, be a strategic thinker, be a strong communicator, have a well develop collaboration and leadership style as well as an ability to develop innovative solutions that push boundaries of our current health system.
Working with our Clients and Executive Teams, you will act as both a technology and business expert, making decisions that will influence the current and future operations of the overall technology estate.
**CTO Responsibilities**:
- Set a vision for how technology can help our clients meet the administrative and clinical goals
- Ensure technological resources meet both short and long-term needs.
- Create timelines for the development and deployment of all technological services.
- Acting as a mentor to team members.
- Maintaining a consumer-focused outlook and aiding in the delivery of IT projects to market.
- Staying on top of technology trends and developments.
- Ensuring all technology practices adhere to regulatory standards.
- A degree in computer science or related field with at least 8 years working in a technological role and 5 years of digital health experience;
- Exceptional team management skills;
- Excellent verbal and written communication;
- Ability to delegate efficiently;
- Extensive industry knowledge with an eye towards the future;
