Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team for a fixed two-month period.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Review and processing of field tickets.
- Process AR inv in Customer systems.
- Data entry and/or uploads.
- Tracking customer payments and customer interaction.
- Other duties required as per management team.

**Knowledge and Skills**:

- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a high degree of professionalism.
- Exceptional knowledge of Microsoft office products with primary focus on Excel.
- Comfortable with computer software and systems.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional flexibility with proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Excellent oral, written and communication skills.
- Stress management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Thrives in a fast paced, dynamic environment and the ability to multi-task.
- Must be able to work both independently with mínimal supervision and as an integral part of a team.

**Physical Demands and Working Conditions**:

- Sitting behind a desk looking at a computer screen up to 8 hours in a day.
- Frequent sitting, bending, twisting, and standing.

**Education, Certificates, Licenses and Registrations**:

- Certificate in business, finance or related field required and/or equivalent experience in the industry.
- 3 years experience in a similar role

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 2 months

Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
