**Tasks**
- Report on the performance of computer systems and networks
- Respond to users experiencing difficulties with computer
- Consult user guides, technical manuals and other documents to research and implement solutions
- Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties
- Collect, organize and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts
- Provide business systems, network and Internet support to users in response to identified difficultiesManage incidents

**Supervision**

No supervision responsibility

**Experience and specialization**
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) desired
- Ability to follow established processes and escalate issues appropriately.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience authoring user documentation and training materials.Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and incident management best practices.

**Computer and technology knowledge**

5+ years of experience in JD Edwards

**Work conditions and physical capabilities**
- On-site - work must be completed at the physical location. No option to work remotely.
