**PRIORITY**:
- Leading, developing, implementing, and managing plant supply chain activities to maximize the service fill performance to our customers. Promote a healthy work culture ensuring solutions-based thinking and a cross functional ‘all for one’ team environment._
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Lead the development of master plans for the execution of mid-to-long term production strategies in partnership with Sales and Operations teams.
- Develop production recommendations based on available capacity for the allocation of production between facilities and product transfers to optimize fill rates and costs.
- Provide oversight to the MRP planning system from Sales forecast development through plant scheduling and shop-floor execution.
- Lead the translation of Sales forecasts into production forecasts.
- Monitor adherence of production plans to production forecasts.
- Participation in weekly scheduling meetings at all facilities.
- Hold regular team-based meetings to review backorders and inventory aging reports.
- Provide analysis and oversight of inventory management for raw materials, ingredients, and packaging.
- Develop and monitor analytics related to plant performance, schedule adherence, and forecast accuracy.
- Track, analyze, and report on capacity across network.
- Provide regular updates and status reports to management and staff.
- Act as a back-up to Supply Chain Managers.
**REQUIRED SKILL, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Preferably 5 years of progressive experience, desirable to have touchpoints in multiple, if not all, functional areas of Supply Chain management
- Very comfortable with spreadsheets and MRP systems, with advanced skills in Excel. PowerBI experience desirable.
- Advanced ability to perform forecast to planning analysis: demand trends, inventory usage, seasonal putdown strategies for market advantage/capacity utilization development plans.
- Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain Management or industry related (Purchasing, Procurement, Logistics).
- Management Accounting experience desirable.
- MRP/ERP system experience.
- Collecting relevant data on productivity and customer demand to improve, identify change and improve supply chain processes.
