**JOB DESCRIPTION**

A Deburrer is responsible for ensuring parts are deburred within customer print specifications. More specifically, ensuring the part edge and surface conditions are made to B&R’s strict internal standards. Control of tools under a microscope and a thorough understanding of tool cutting dynamics are essential in this position. All Deburrers are expected to posture their development within the framework of B&R’s core values.

**REQUIREMENTS**

EXPERIENCE
- 1+ year experience as a deburring agent for an AS9100 certified environment an asset

EDUCATION
- No education required

**TASKS**

PARTS
- Remove burrs from machined edges
- Adds edge breaks in accordance with part specifications
- Part finishing where applicable
- Handling of parts is respectful and conscious of value
- Keeps work area and parts storage free of clutter

PROCESS
- Deburr/inspect parts using B&R standard workmanship practices
- Basic manual measurements
- Coordinated under a microscope
- Follows assigned PQT
- Installation of thread inserts and other items as assigned and instructed
- Identify problem areas and reports to Supervisor

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $15.00-$23.00 per hour
