We are looking for new team members to fill the position of **_Skilled Labourers_** for the Civil Construction division at RDM Enterprises Group.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Manual labour, cleaning and preparing sites
- Raking, shoveling, unloading trucks and maintenance tasks
- Digging trenches, raking and shoveling
- Cleaning debris and removing waste materials from sites
- Operate hand tools as directed
- Work safely around heavy construction equipment
- Other labour duties as assigned
- Conduct yourself in professional manner at all times.

**Qualifications/Experience**:

- One (1) year proven civil construction experience
- Knowledge of construction materials, tools, and machinery used.
- Must be legally eligible to work for any employer in Canada
- Ability and willingness to work overtime as required
- Honest, reliable, punctual, positive attitude and must be able to work well with others.
- Ability to effectively communicate and problem solve with other team members, site supervisors, team members, and subcontractors.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with construction personnel, equipment operators, supervisors, crew, and sub
- contractors.
- Must have a valid BC driver’s license.
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug and alcohol requirements

**Job Type**: Permanent Full-Time

Rate of pay: $25.00 to $32.00 per hour

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
