About Us

Kelly Designs is a Toronto-based boutique specializing in trendy Korean-style fashion, carrying popular brands such as Mardi Mercredi, Emis, ADLV, MLB, Gentle Monster, and more.

We are looking for passionate, reliable, and bilingual (English & Chinese) individuals to join our team as Part-Time Sales Associates at our Markham location.

Store Location:
C14-8380 Kennedy Rd, Unionville, ON, L3R 0W4

hour: 11-7pm

Responsibilities | 工作职责
- Provide excellent customer service to both English and Chinese-speaking customers为中英文顾客提供优质的购物体验
- Assist customers with styling advice and product recommendations提供穿搭建议及产品推荐
- Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards维护店铺清洁及陈列
- Process sales transactions and handle packaging负责收银及打包工作
- Assist with inventory management and restocking协助库存整理与补货

Requirements | 职位要求
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin (or Cantonese) - 必须会中英文
- Cantonese will be prefer. 会广东话更好
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred, 有零售或客服经验者优先
- Has live experience will be preferred, 有直播经验更佳
- Friendly, reliable, detail-oriented, and good communication skills, patient性格开朗，细心，具备良好的沟通能力，耐心细致
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask能在快节奏环境中工作
- Availability: 2-3 shifts per week, must include weekends每周可工作 2-3 天，需包含周末（周末最少上班一天，旺季需要两天）
