About Us

Kelly Designs is a Toronto-based boutique specializing in trendy Korean-style fashion, carrying popular brands such as Mardi Mercredi, Emis, ADLV, MLB, Gentle Monster, and more.

We are looking for passionate, reliable, and bilingual (English & Chinese) individuals to join our team as Part-Time Sales Associates at our Markham location.

Store Location:

C Kennedy Rd, Unionville, ON, L3R 0W4

hour: 11-7pm

Responsibilities | 工作职责

  • Provide excellent customer service to both English and Chinese-speaking customers为中英文顾客提供优质的购物体验
  • Assist customers with styling advice and product recommendations提供穿搭建议及产品推荐
  • Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards维护店铺清洁及陈列
  • Process sales transactions and handle packaging负责收银及打包工作
  • Assist with inventory management and restocking协助库存整理与补货

Requirements | 职位要求

  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin (or Cantonese) – 必须会中英文
  • Cantonese will be prefer.- 会广东话更好
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred, 有零售或客服经验者优先
  • Has live experience will be preferred, 有直播经验更佳
  • Friendly, reliable, detail-oriented, and good communication skills, patient性格开朗,细心,具备良好的沟通能力,耐心细致
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask能在快节奏环境中工作
  • Availability: 2–3 shifts per week, must include weekends每周可工作 2-3 天,需包含周末(周末最少上班一天,旺季需要两天)
