Association Project Manager

**Job Description Summary**:
Malachite Management Inc., part of the STEMCELL Group of Companies, is a company that provides association and conference management services to non-profit associations around the world. The Malachite team is passionate about success and knows that our company’s most valuable asset is our team.

As an Association Project Manager, you will drive projects for our non-profit clients. Project-types include both simple and complex events, conferences, and other initiatives. If this is something that interests you, we would love to hear from you

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Plan and deliver projects and project budgets to align with the operating calendar of the association
- Manage both internal and external stakeholders (contractors, suppliers, temporary staff)
- Provide administrative support to client committees
- Assist with marketing plans and help produce and edit marketing collateral, website content, and social media posts
- Manage and staff association events (travel within the Lower Mainland may be required)

**Knowledge and Qualifications**
- Post-secondary degree with a project management certification, and a minimum oft 3 years providing association management services (or comparable experience)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Experience successfully developing and overseeing events (including budgets), and a successful track record of meeting project targets and goals
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; organized and detail oriented
- Strong interpersonal and client service skills; proven to thrive in multi-tasking, multi-party, and deadline-driven environments
