Proudly serving Colwood, Langford, and the Greater Victoria area, we’re a growing practice known for delivering compassionate vet services for feline and canine patients and their owners

**What You’ll Do**:

- Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
- Manage appointments, check‑ins, and follow‑up communications
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Support team members with excellent internal communication
- Help maintain a calm, organized, and efficient front-of-house environment

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Highly organized**, keeping scheduling and paperwork flowing smoothly
- A strong **communicator** with excellent interpersonal skills
- Passionate about **great customer service**, attentive and kind with both clients and patients
- **Proficient using computers** - comfortable with (or open to learning) Digitail PMS, Google Workspace, and Telus phone systems
- **Previous veterinary experience** is preferred
- Weekday (Monday-Thursday) availability
