**POSITION PROFILE**:
Our Accounting Department is looking for an organized individual who excels at accuracy and pays attention to detail. This role requires someone who likes working in a fast-paced, high volume, inventory-based environment. If you are a team player with the ability to manage deadlines, then this role is for you.

**Core Competencies**
- Knowledge of accounting principles and full cycle Accounts Payable processes
- Strong data entry skills

**Job Duties but Not Limited To**:

- Three-way match in a multi-currency environment
- Invoice data entry (1500-2000 invoices per month)
- Determine coding for invoices and ensure proper approvals
- Solve invoice discrepancies
- Process vendor payments (cheque, EFT, wires)
- Address vendor inquires & resolve issues
- Vendor statement reconciliation
- Filing and other office duties as required
- Other duties as assigned by the Assistant Controller

**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS**:

- Minimum of high school diploma
- Post secondary business/accounting education is a definite asset
- Minimum 3 years’ full cycle accounts payable experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in processing accounts payable in an inventory-driven environment
- Working ability regarding 3-way matching and full cycle accounts payable
- Proficient computer skills, especially data-entry skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to maintain an excellent service approach
- Attention to Detail with High Degree of Accuracy
- Creative and Innovative & Critical Thinking
- Problem Solving and Team Player
- Accountability, Dependable, and Organized
