Our Hamptons location is looking for a friendly and organized **Receptionist** to join our team and help us create exceptional experiences for our clients.
As a **Receptionist** at Mr. Barber Hamptons, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued from the moment they walk in. Your role will include:
- Greeting clients with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Managing appointments using our booking system.
- Answering phone calls and responding to client inquiries.
- Processing payments and handling cash transactions.
- Maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
- Assisting with retail product sales and promotions.
- Providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency with computers and booking software (experience with Fresha is a plus).
- A positive attitude and a passion for customer service.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is an asset.
