**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Perform a variety of haircuts and grooming services tailored to client preferences.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their desired styles and provide professional recommendations.
- Sanitate tools and workstations to ensure a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.
- Engage in retail sales by promoting products that enhance client hair care routines.
- Upsell additional services to enhance client satisfaction and experience.
- Maintain an organized workspace and adhere to health and safety regulations.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Barber or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
- Strong skills in hair styling techniques and grooming services.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Effective communication skills to understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Experience with retail sales and upselling techniques is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices in accordance with industry standards.

Pay: $15.00-$36.86 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
