**The Opportunity**

We are looking for an accomplished Assistant Vice President to join our fund accounting team as part of our financial services business in Montreal.

As part of our Montreal team you will:

- Responsible for the preparation and review of complex net asset valuations for a portfolio of hedge and private equity funds
- Involvement in all client related administrative functions and liaison with lawyers, investment managers, prime brokers and other transaction counterparties in various international jurisdictions;
- Deliver high levels of client service, ensuring that each relationship is compliant with internal policies and procedures.

**What You Bring**
- Degree Holder in Accounting with 3-5 years’ PE and/or Hedge Fund related experience;
- Proactive, self-starter and detail oriented;
- Fluency in English is required.

- Il est responsable de la préparation et de l’examen d’évaluations complexes de l’actif net d’un portefeuille de fonds de couverture et de fonds de capital-investissement;
- Il participe à toutes les fonctions administratives liées aux clients et la liaison avec des avocats, des gestionnaires de fonds, des courtiers principaux et d’autres contreparties aux opérations dans divers pays;
- Il offre un service à la clientèle de haut niveau, en veillant à ce que chaque relation soit conforme aux politiques et procédures internes.

**Votre contribution**
- Titulaire d’un diplôme de comptabilité avec 3 à 5 ans d’expérience dans le domaine des fonds de capital-investissement ou des fonds de couverture;
- Proactif, autonome et soucieux du détail;
- La maîtrise de l'anglais est requise
