At Mad Mexican, we put our essence in our fresh and in-house prepared products that are delivered to over 330 retailers across the GTA and its surrounding areas. In addition, we bring our unique taste and tradition to our restaurant locations.

As a **Food Production Line Worker**, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of Food Manufacturing Good Practices and Food Safety. By upholding these practices, we deliver exceptional products to our valued customers, including stores, supermarkets, farmers markets, and events.
- **What will be your core responsibilities?**_
- Responsible to ensure prepare and measure ingredients.
- Feed ingredients into machinery.
- Responsible for washing and storing goods and raw materials properly in the warehouse.
- Responsible to use tools and machines to make our product.
- Ensure to keep the workstation clean and tidy in accordance with nutrition and sanitation guidelines.
- Responsible to pack goods for shipping.
- Perform other tasks required for the smooth running of operations.
- Comply with Food Safety objectives and culture within premises.
- Ability to standing, bending and lifting (up to 50 lbs) for prolonged periods of time.
- Possess effective communication skills - _Spanish is an asset_.
- Follow instructions impeccably.
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and multi-tasking.
- Able to meet shift times - Monday to Friday (6:00 AM to 2:30 PM).
- **What requirements and competencies makes you qualified?**_
- Able to follow instructions (Wash and cut vegetables, wash and scoop avocados, mix ingredients, fry and pack products).
- Ability to work in a hot environment
- Able to stand on feet in all shifts.
- Experience in Kitchen or restaurant. (asset)
- Experience in handling factory machinery.
- Knowledge of GMP, and safe food handling.

Pay: $17.00 per hour
