**The position**:
Valnet is on the lookout for an innovative and process-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator for our content team. This person will be responsible for hiring remote resources for the group, onboarding new contributors, ensuring new writers meet our quality standards, and serving as the go-to resource for improving the experience of remote team members.

Under the supervision of the content directors, you will provide feedback on current recruiting standards as well as improve onboarding processes. **What you will be doing**:

- Oversee and support our remote resource network.
- Onboard new contributors.
- Track and fill requests for new remote contributors.
- Ensure new hires adhere to Valnet standards.
- Investigate and vet new freelance job boards.
- Manage remote team budget and operations.
- Work collaboratively with the managing editors, legal, and HR resources.
