**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform haircuts, shaves, and other grooming services according to client preferences and current trends.
- Sanitate tools and workstations to maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations for hair care.
- Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience and meet retail sales goals.
- Manage front desk responsibilities, including scheduling appointments and handling customer inquiries.
- Maintain an organized workspace and ensure all equipment is in good working condition.
- Foster a positive atmosphere by communicating effectively with clients and team members.

**Experience**
- Proven experience as a Barber or in a similar role within the beauty industry is preferred.
- Strong skills in hair styling techniques, including cutting and shaving.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
- Experience in retail sales is a plus, particularly in upselling products related to hair care.
