- ** HR Business Partner Specialist** supports the HR Business Partner team, leaders, and employees within the organization. These duties include but are not limited to, employee relations, recruitment, global expansion, culture management, organizational design, and compensation. Administrative support on employee life cycle events are included (onboarding, offboarding, transfers etc) in these duties.What You Will Accomplish- Work with the HR Business Partner team in the delivery of human resource strategies that address business needs (ie. Talent management, total rewards management, health & safety, and engagement programs).
- Assist with employee lifecycle events including performance reviews, compensation, talent development etc.
- Act as a first point of contact for employees to guide them to resources and help them in understanding policies and processes (ie. Parental leave, professional development etc)
- Research and provide groundwork for projects where market study and best practices are required to be evaluated
- Work cross functionally within the internal teams on HR related programs and initiatives
- Create reports from ADP and provide analysis
- Administrative support with employee change letters, confirmation of employment letters etc
- Strive for continuous improvement on the team and provide recommendations for changes where operational efficiencies can be gained
- Other tasks and projects as appropriate to support the growth of the company

- A Bachelor’s Degree, human or social sciences degree, business management degree or related education or a minimum of 3 years relevant experience is required
- Experience working in a global, fast-paced, scaling organization is considered an asset
- Strong relationship building skills with the ability to build trust and credibility quickly
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to prioritize a high-volume workload and effectively deal with competing priorities across multiple stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Strong business acumen
