River City Events is seeking an extremely motivated and energetic Maintenance & Facilities Assistant who is eager to learn and has a positive work ethic.

The Maintenance & Facilities Assistant will be responsible for ensuring accurate and seamless processing, cleaning, and repair of equipment, general building, and property maintenance. They will assist and maintain HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems and equipment.

The Maintenance Assistant is also responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining equipment in accordance with safety, predictive, and productive maintenance systems and processes. The Maintenance Assistant shall also be responsible for keeping buildings in clean and orderly condition and will perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish.

The Maintenance Assistant must understand the impact of this position on other business functions that depend on the accuracy and efficiency of operations while ensuring safe work policies and procedures within a clean and highly organized warehouse environment.

Additional duties will include performing routine maintenance activities, notifying management of the need for repairs, cleaning snow or debris throughout the outside of the facility, and ensuring that the grounds are maintained appropriately.

This individual will also offer warehouse/transport support as required to prepare/maintain rental-ready equipment for orders, and load/unload shipments of incoming/outgoing equipment ensuring safe work policies and procedures within a clean and highly organized warehouse environment.

**Salary**: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
