**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate press brake machines to perform precision bending and forming.
- Select, inspect, and install appropriate tooling for specific jobs.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job specifications.
- Ensure all parts meet dimensional tolerances and quality standards.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following company safety protocols.

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- 2+ years of experience operating press brake machinery.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong understanding of material properties, including steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.
- Ability to perform precise measurements using tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs repetitively.
- You must be reliable, pleasant and can be trained
- Ability to follow English written and spoken directions
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of safety standards related to press brake operation.
