We are currently looking for **Assembly Workers**to join our growing team.

**Note**:This is a contracted position from date of hire to approximately January 30th, 2025.

Reporting to and under the direct supervision of the Line Leader the general assembly assignment will be to one of the production lines or sub-assembly workstations. On the production line the general responsibilities will include, taking barbecue components from a table, bin or skid and placing the barbecue components, in a specified location, into a carton that is traveling along a conveyor line. At the sub-assembly workstation, the general responsibilities would be to assemble various BBQ components together or assist with their overall assembly.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Assemble BBQ and Gas Grill products according to specifications and instructions
- Use hand tools and power tools to fabricate and assemble components
- The type of barbecue components that the pack line assembler would be responsible for will vary depending on the make and model of a given production run
- Identify that the correct barbecue component is at work area by verifying the material tag attached to the product
- A visual quality inspection by the pack line assembler or sub-assembler is necessary for all barbecue components prior to the components being placed into the carton or assembled together
- Inspect finished products for quality and ensure they meet the required standards
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Use effective time management skills to meet daily production requirements efficiently
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude for working with tools
- Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions
- Attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions

**Hours**:Monday to Friday from 7:00am to 3:30pm. Overtime may be required but is not guaranteed.
