Flair Airlines is currently seeking a permanent, full-time **Flight Deck Training Planner **to join our growing and ever-changing organization. The Flight Deck Training Planner will be responsible for providing and maintaining Pilot training requirements for students and instructors within prescribed timelines. Additionally, the Flight Deck Training Planner will be responsible for booking and managing vendors (Simulator, Classroom, Cabin Trainer, Firehall, etc.) as well as supporting training disruption recoveries and tracking disruption events and costs. The Flight Deck Training Planner will be crossed trained with Flight Operations Training disruption schedulers and Crew Qualifications administrators.

**Primary Job Functions**:
The duties of the **Flight Deck Training Planner **include:

- Plan Initial and recurrent training events for Pilots, including flight training
- Coordinate and manage vendors and facilities, communicating with instructors and students
- Assign, input, and oversee training scheduled within CMS system per the master plans
- Point of communication for all vendors managing times, names, and changes
- Provide support for training disruptions and oversee reflowing any recovery plans
- Manage internal and external instructor schedules
- Adherence to Transport Canada CARS regulations for compliance and auditing
- Special Projects
- Other duties as assigned from time to time

**Qualifications and Education Requirements**:

- High school or GED equivalent
- Two (2) years of experience in a similar role, and previous Airlines Operations Centre or Airport Operations experience is considered an asset
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience working in a fast-paced work environment is preferred
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) is essential
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a high-stress, deadline-driven, ever-changing work environment while prioritizing tasks and assignments
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain an organized workflow
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Clear criminal record check and satisfactory references
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada without any restrictions
