As one of the first people encountered in the Patient Service Centre (PSC), you’re the face of Alberta Precision Laboratories (APL). Your communication and interpersonal skills will help create a positive, professional impression as you greet and triage patients, providing a high level of customer service. You can quickly and accurately enter test orders from various requisitions into the Laboratory Information System, as well as perform general administrative duties. With a high level of precision, you can meet deadlines and benchmarks following policies and procedures to ensure privacy and safety of patients, coworkers, and yourself. You are self-led and accountable for your actions and learn from mistakes. Comfortably moving between worlds, you can develop positive, effective, and collaborative working relationships within a team environment. **Required Qualifications**:

Relevant post-secondary education (E.g. Medical Office Assistant certificate). Previous data entry experience within the last 6 months. Training and experience in Epic Connect Care with CP Lab.
