**We are looking for a full-time Vehicle Delivery Driver/ Customer Service Representative to join our Logistics team.**

Past experience hauling trailers is a MUST.
Past experience in an office environment is an advantage.

**Drivers** **License Requirements**:

- **Class 1, 2, 3**
- Interacting with all our onsite customers, both pick-ups and drop-offs
- Delivering vehicles to customers.
- Provide a positive attitude towards our customers
- Building rapport and making sure our customers have the greatest car buying experience
- Handling contracts
- Taking customers on tours of our facility
- Making sure our meeting area is always up to standard
- Communicating with the rest of our logístical team
- Ensuring the correct documentation is signed.
- Ensuring the correct documents are transferred and returned.
- Maintaining and reporting the presentation of the vehicle.
- Providing the customer with an enjoyable Canada Drives buying experience**.**

**Desired Skills & Abilities**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with customer service interaction
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Computer literate
- Customer service oriented
- Ability to Multitask
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Able to work under limited supervision.
- Able to drive Standard & Automatic transmission.
- Clean Driving Record.
- Attention to detail.
- Always ready to demonstrate readiness and eagerness.
- Ability to work independently, but love collaborating within a team.
- Available to work a variety of hours.
