**Position Summary**
This position is fulltime, permanent, Monday - Friday, from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, based out of the Assisted Living facility at 5755 Allenby Rd in Duncan. This position pays $27.10 per hour.

**Qualifications**
- Grade 12 education or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years maintenance experience
- Completion of a maintenance training program is preferred but not required
- Experience working with Elders, seniors and persons with disabilities in congregate/assisted living setting is an asset
- Experience working in and with Indigenous communities is an asset
- Possess a valid Class 5 Driver’s License and a clean Driver’s Abstract
- First Aid - Level 1 (paid for by M’akola)
- WHMIS certificate (paid for by M’akola)
**Other**
- Follow M’akola Housing Society and Assisted Living policies and procedures
- Provide a clear Criminal Record Check.
