This role will provide overall support for Salesforce and would be idea for someone who enjoys problem solving, delivering training, and connecting with various stakeholders.

Here's how a Business Systems Analyst for our Edmonton NAHQ office contributes to our team:
**Responsibilities**:

- Provide overall support for Salesforce, an enterprise customer relationship management (CRM) system and related business development systems
- Resolve tier II business process related system support issues
- Create, customize, and maintain process, training and system documentation
- Deliver classroom and web-based training to end users
- Elicit and document minor system enhancement requirements
- Validate requirements with user representatives and stakeholders
- Report on adoption, support trends, and roadmap progress to product advisory group
- Keep apprised of best practices to optimize user experience and continuously improve system adoption
- Liaise with business, technology, and support teams to ensure system meets business requirements
- Perform and coordinate integration testing and data validations
- Perform and coordinate user acceptance testing
- Manage district champions group and conduct regular update meetings

**Qualifications**:

- A minimum of three years in a training, end user support, or business analyst position will be considered
- Experience supporting Salesforce Sales Cloud or comparable CRM strongly desired
- Familiarity with business development and marketing processes desired
- Salesforce Admin certification considered an asset
- Experience working with integrated systems considered an asset
- Comfortable in presenting training to small or large groups remote or in person
- Ability to perform independently or in a team environment
- A positive attitude with a passion and commitment to success
- Ability to be flexible, organized, and maintain attention to detail
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to travel within and outside of Canada (5 - 15%)
