**What will you do as an Logistics Coordinator II?**:

- Manage inbound and outbound shipment by LTL, air freight & ocean freight. Include creating shipping documents and other required paperwork.
- Work closely with logistics service providers to assure efficient and effective execution of service requirements. Resolve issues when needed.
- Assist internal teams, such as Shipping, Purchasing and Sales Support team for their shipping and trade and compliance needs.
- Work with LMI customs broker to ensure smooth customs clearance for inbound shipments.
- Work with 3PL warehouses in Europe and USA for distributing inbound and outbound shipments.
- Coordinate RMA shipment from international countries. Including return shipment from 3PL warehouses.
- Take care of shipping requests for LMI global offices.
- Handle insurance claims for lost and damaged shipment.
- Complete monthly logistics reports (shipment tracking, 3PL performance evaluation, shipping volume and spending analysis and etc)
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Assist Logistics Manager with logistics projects as required.
- Proactively contributes to and implements continuous improvement initiatives.
- Back up for other team members if needed.
- Adheres to LMI Employee Policy Manual.

**What do you need to be successful?**:

- Post secondary education in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Project Management or relevant fields.
- 3+ years work experience in industrial logistics or transportation management with international shipping experience.
- Experience and proficiency in shipping documents.
- Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes.
- Exceptional analytical thinking, attention to detail, problem-solving, organizational and coordination abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
- Highly proficient in using Microsoft Excel and Google Docs. Experience with ERP systems will be an asset.
- Being able to read and write Mandarin will be an asset.
