Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and provide menus.

Take food and drink orders accurately and answer any questions about menu items.

Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.

Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

Handle cash and credit card transactions, ensuring accuracy.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.

Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.

Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Upsell menu items and promote daily specials.

Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.

Qualifications:
Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role is preferred but not required.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.

Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.

Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments.

Must be of legal age to serve alcohol (if applicable).

Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Food handler’s certification (or willingness to obtain one).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 8 per week
