The Mental Wellness Alliance is a multi-disciplinary mental health and addictions service provider committed to delivering compassionate, client-centered care. We offer both outpatient and inpatient services focused on supporting individuals on their journey toward wellness. Our multidisciplinary team works collaboratively to provide comprehensive care tailored to each client's unique needs.

**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and evaluations for clients experiencing a range of mental health and addiction issues.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to the needs of clients.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive client care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment outcomes.
- Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and treatment options.
- Utilize culturally sensitive approaches.
- Engage in crisis intervention and provide support when necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Valid licensure to practice as a Clinical Social Worker in Saskatchewan.
- Strong skills in evidence-based therapeutic modalities (e.g., Cognitive Behavioral Therapy).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
- Commitment to providing high-quality client care in both outpatient and inpatient environments.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Familiarity with issues such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, addiction, and other mental health conditions.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Experience working with diverse populations in clinical settings is considered an asset.
- Experience working with Indigenous communities or knowledge of Indigenous cultures is considered an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $35.00-$60.00 per hour
