Afternoon Shift: 4pm - 2am - $23.15/hr. **Including**: - **Flexible Benefits**: - **3 Weeks" Vacation**: - **Bonus Plan**: - **Pension Plan**: - **Paid Holiday Shutdown**: - **Seniority Recognition Program** **Responsibilities**: - Assemble custom parts according to established written work instructions and schematics - Read and interpret assembly drawings - Follow set instructions, job orders, recording information - Performing quality checks using tools and gauges and completing checklists - Adhere to Continuous Improvement manufacturing principles by checking the quality of work prior to handing unit off to the next process - Work in a safe environment, keeping self and workstation free from hazards **Qualifications** - Experience in mechanical assembly of sheet metal products or medium to high voltage products - Able to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics - Experience in reading wiring schematics/diagrams and mechanical blueprints and troubleshooting wiring and mechanical issues - Able to visualize and plan the assembly of a product based on wiring schematics and mechanical blueprints - Knowledge of proper wiring techniques (stripping, terminating, crimping) - Able to safely operate hand and power tools - Detail-oriented - Excellent problem-solving skills and good communication skills - Able to work independently and as part of a team - Able to lift up to 30 lbs. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: From $23.15 per hour Schedule: - 8 hour shift Supplemental pay types: - Bonus pay
