**Job Summary**

We are seeking a Recruiter to join our team, based in Mont Royal, QC This position is well-suited for an individual who comes from a retail and/or customer service background, industrial recruitment experience is an asset, but not mandatory

**What you'll be doing**
- Build strong talent pipelines and be proactive for our current as well as future hiring needs.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment practices and resources by supporting projects and initiatives.

**What we need from you**
- Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in both French and English, written and spoken.
- Retail and/or customer service background, thriving in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
- Must be comfortable with a hybrid setting, 4 days in office in Mont Royal, 1 day from home.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage high volume and multiple priorities.
- Computer literacy such as MS Office and adeptness for navigating sourcing tools including ATS and job boards.
